This depends entirely on which product you have ordered. Every product has its own creation time (how long it will take for the artist to make the item) and shipping time (how long the item will be in transit for). These times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. If you are concerned about the status of your order, please feel free to contact us.
Due to the nature of custom orders, the items in our shop are non-refundable. This means that once the artist starts working on your item, it is not possible to cancel. Please make sure that you like the artist’s style and have read the full product description before ordering! If you received your order and it was incorrect in some way, please contact us.
Yes – but please contact us first at email@example.com as we need to check shipping costs and if there are any restrictions on sending our items to your destination.
Our shop accepts payments through PayPal, which supports credit cards, and POLi (online banking).
You should not encounter any problems with customs, however, if your order does get stopped for any reason, this is out of our control. In general, packages with a declared value of less than $400 (NZD) should not incur a customs charge. Keep in mind that most of our products come from different artists, so a shopping cart value of over $400 does not mean you will receive one package with a high value, you will likely receive as many packages as products ordered.
We are in the process of rebranding and selecting new suitable suppliers. We require a very high standard of product and reliability.
